At the corner of the Schellinggasse and Fichtegasse a luxury property is being built in the spirit of the viennese Gründerzeit. The viennese cultural heritage serves as the basis for the design concept of the 16 apartments inside the building.Architecture and interior design are influenced by the formal language of Adolf Loos, from Schiele´s art and the design of the Wiener Werkstätte. Within a walking distance are the viennese State Opera, the Musikverein, Kärtner Straße, Graben and the Stadtpark, one of the green oases in the district. The Herzfeldhaus accommodate 13 stylish apartments and 3 attic apartments. The size of every apartment varies from 52 to 354m2 . The luxurious furnishing includes also a wine cellar and a parking garage. The broad room height of 3,80 m creates an exclusive spacial effect. The view over the city is impressively wide.

The magnificent Gründerzeit building was constructed in 1869 as a residential house for the business man Carl Herzfeld, on the site of the former city wall.

The Schellinggasse is named after the german philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph Schelling. Together with the Kantgasse, Hegelgasse and Fichtegasse, it forms the philosopher´s corner in the quarter.
