Our competition entry envisages a compact 4-storey building, which accommodates a total of 16 apartments. In doing so, we have succeeded in designing the top floor almost consistently with the full room height, which means a high degree of flexibility has been achieved. The 2-5 room apartments offer a variety of floor plan solutions and each have at least one private outdoor space.

Projections and recesses in the form of bay windows, balconies and dormers characterize the external appearance. Due to the different textures, the structure noticeably gains in plasticity, while at the same time the different materials give the house its own identity.
